The Veritake app

Veritake is built local-first. The app has no account, no backend of its own, and no app-managed cloud sync. It contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking.

• Scripts and recordings are stored only locally on your iPhone, protected by iOS file protection. The app does not upload them to servers and does not use them for AI training.
• Voice Follow (the speech recognition that keeps your script in step) runs on-device. The app does not transmit audio to servers.
• Import and export happen only on your explicit action via the iOS file picker or share sheet. If you choose a cloud storage provider there (such as iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or Dropbox), that provider stores the chosen file under its own terms — the app uploads nothing in the background.
• Device backups: if you enable your iPhone's iOS/iCloud backup, Apple backs up your data under Apple's terms. That is an operating-system feature, not an app feature.
• Permissions for camera, microphone, speech recognition, and photos are requested only in the context of the respective action and can be revoked in iOS Settings.

This website

veritake.app is a static website with no cookies, no tracking, and no third-party analytics. It is served by Cloudflare, Inc.; when you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are served from our own server; nothing is loaded from Google. The language hint stores your choice only in your browser's local storage (key “vt-lang”); that value never leaves your device.
